What documents are accepted as proof of address?

BitDelta Pro accepts the following documents as valid proof of residential address, subject to verification requirements. All documents must have been issued within the last 90 days:

Utility Bill

Electricity, water, gas, or internet bill clearly displaying your full name and residential address.

Bank Statement

Issued by a recognized bank or financial institution, showing your full name and residential address.

Tax Document

An official tax statement, assessment, or notice issued by a government authority that clearly shows your residential address.

Credit Card Statement

Issued by a recognized bank or financial institution, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.

BitDelta Pro reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification where required to meet regulatory, compliance, or verification standards.

All address verification documents submitted must meet the following requirements:

• The document must have been issued within the last three (3) months at the time of submission.
• The document must clearly display your full legal name, exactly as registered on your BitDelta Pro account.
• The document must show your full residential address in a clear and legible manner.
• The document must be clear, legible, and complete, with no cropping, editing, or obscuring of any part of the document.
• P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. A physical residential address is required.

BitDelta Pro reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these requirements and to request additional or alternative documentation where necessary to satisfy regulatory and compliance obligations.
