If You Notice Suspicious Activity
If you are unable to access your account or notice any unauthorized activity, please contact BitDelta Pro support immediately through one of the following channels:
- Live Chat via the website or mobile app
- Email support: support@bitdelta.pro
When contacting support, clearly mention that you suspect your account has been compromised. Include your registered email address, a description of the suspicious activity, and the date and time it occurred.
The BitDelta Pro security team will investigate the issue and may temporarily restrict your account to prevent further unauthorised access.
As per BitDelta Pro’s Privacy Policy, you are required to notify support immediately if your login credentials are lost, stolen, or shared with a third party.
Steps to Secure Your Account
- Go to Account Settings → Security.
- Click Change Password and set a strong new password immediately.
- Check if Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled. If not, enable it right away.
