How do I download and install MT5?

BitDelta Pro offers three ways to access MT5: Desktop, Web Terminal, and Mobile App. Follow the steps below for your preferred method.

Option A: Desktop application (Windows)

Step 1: Download the Installer

• Go to https://bitdelta.pro/retail/platforms/metatrader-5/
• Click Download under the MT5 Desktop Application section.
• The installed file bitdelta5setup.exe will begin downloading on your device.

Step 2: Install the Application

• Once the download is complete, open the installer file bitdelta5setup.exe.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
• After installation is complete, launch the MetaTrader 5 application.

Step 3: Obtain Your Login Credentials Before logging in, make sure you have your MT5 login details ready from your BitDelta Pro dashboard:

• Account Number (Login ID)
• Password
• Server Name

Step 4: Log In to MT5

• Open MT5 and click File in the top menu.
• Select Login to Trade Account.

Step 5: Enter Your Server Details

• In the Server field, select or manually type the server's name: Bitdelta-Limited
• Enter your Account Number and Password.

Step 6: Sign In

• Click Sign In to proceed.

Step 7: Once you have successfully logged in:

• Your account will be connected to the BitDelta Pro servers.
• Your account balance, equity, and margin details will appear on the platform.
• The connection status at the bottom right corner will show as active and green.

Option B: Web Terminal (No Download Required)

• Go to https://terminal.bitdelta.pro/ in your browser.
• The MT5 Web Terminal will load instantly; no installation is needed.
• Enter your Account Number, Password, and select server Bitdelta-Limited.
• Click Sign In and you are ready to trade.

Option C: Mobile App (iOS & Android)

iOS:

• Go to https://bitdelta.pro/retail/platforms/metatrader-5/ on your phone and tap Download under MT5 iOS App or scan the QR code shown on the page.
• You will be redirected to the App Store. Tap 'Get' to install MetaTrader 5.
• Once installed, open the app and tap Settings → Login to an existing account.
• Search for and select Bitdelta-Limited.
• Enter your Account Number and Password.
• Tap Sign In.

Android:

• Open the Google Play Store and search for MetaTrader 5.
• Install the official MetaQuotes MetaTrader 5 app.
• Open the app and tap Settings → Log in to an existing account.
• Search for and select Bitdelta-Limited.
• Enter your Account Number and Password.
• Tap Sign In.

Step 7: Successful Login (Mobile)

Once you have successfully logged in:

• Your account will be connected, and your balance will be visible on the home screen.
• You can monitor open positions, place trades, and manage your account from anywhere.
