What happens if I lose my internet connection during a trade?

If your internet connection drops while trading, your open positions will remain active on the server and will not close automatically.

Any stop-loss or take-profit orders you have already set will continue to function as expected. On MT5, any pending orders will also remain active and execute as per market conditions.

For added risk management, it is strongly recommended to set a stop-loss on your positions before entering a trade to help protect against unexpected connectivity issues.
