How do I change my account leverage?

Leverage on BitDelta Pro is dynamic and cannot be manually changed. It automatically adjusts based on your market exposure, meaning the total position size you hold rather than the amount of funds in your account.

Here is how it works, using XAUUSD (Gold) as an example:

• Up to $1,000,000 exposure → Leverage: 500x
• Above $1,000,000 exposure → Leverage reduces to 200x for any additional positions

So, for instance, 1 lot of XAUUSD equals approximately $500,000 in exposure, which qualifies for 500x leverage. Once your total exposure crosses the $1,000,000 threshold, the leverage on any new positions will automatically decrease to 200x.

Please also note: Leverage levels may be adjusted from time to time in response to prevailing market conditions. During periods of increased volatility, for example in gold or silver markets, leverage levels may be revised to manage risk effectively for all clients and to align with current liquidity and volatility levels in the market.
