How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the BitDelta Pro dashboard by following the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Go to app.bitdelta.pro and log in using your registered email address and password. 
 

Step 2: Go to Profile Section

After logging in, navigate to the Profile section from the left sidebar. 
 

Step 3: Locate “Delete My Account” Option

Scroll down to the Manage Your Account section. 
Click on the Delete My Account button. 
 
 

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

A confirmation pop-up will appear informing you that:

• Your access will be removed
• All transactions and open orders will be canceled

Click Delete My Account to proceed, or Cancel if you do not wish to continue. 
 
 
 
 
 

Step 5: Account Deletion Completed

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Ensure all open positions are closed before deleting your account
• Withdraw any remaining funds prior to deletion
• This action may be irreversible
